WHALEY, ERNEST PATRICK   

Ernest (Ernie) P. Whaley of Livonia, Michigan passed away January 2, 2020 at the age 72.  Beloved husband of Linda.  Loving father of Dawn (Ken) Gill, and the late Ryan Patrick Whaley.  Proud grandfather of Krista Whaley, Kayla Pine, Cooper Gill, Ashley Whaley, and Damon and great grandfather of Jaelynn Ettell, and Arlowe Schwerin.  Brother of Joanne French.  Visitation was held Monday, January 6th 2-8 PM with a 7 PM Funeral Service at Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home, 46401 Ann Arbor Road West, (between Sheldon & Beck) Plymouth.  Interment will be at the Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date with Full Military Honors.  He was a proud veteran, A1C, Load Master of the Air Force.  Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans.  To share a memory, please use the Share a Memory tab at https://www.vermeulenfh.com/obituaries/Ernest-Whaley/#!/Obituary.
