SCHMIDT, BRUCE G.

Bruce was born June 2, 1947, and died at Munson Medical Center on Dec. 30, 2011.  Bruce was the son of Arnold S. Schmidt and Ellenor C. Boersma.  He is survived by one brother, Richard, of Arizona.  Bruce graduated from Traverse City Senior High School in 1965.  He was then drafted into the U.S. Army, serving from 1966 to 1968.  He retired from NMC in Traverse City.  Bruce was a very quiet and independent man who enjoyed the outdoors; his favorite times were spent hunting and fishing.  In lieu of flowers, please make any donation to A.C.
